I have bought several lures this season. For the price this has worked remarkable well. I did switch out the treble hook as I was getting a few fish getting off. My first larger walleye yesterday was on this lure.I prefer the Kastmaster, they are built slightly better, but these are a bit cheaper and they still work great. I use this lure EVERYWHERE!! I got all my fishing buddies hooked on it and now this is all anyone uses. We catch walleye, trout, small mouth, white bass and pike. I've tried tons of other lures and types but this is hands down the best by FAR. I've even tried the 1/8 oz and the 3/8 oz for rivers and lakes and I've never had much luck, the 1/4 oz seems to be the magic size for the trout and bass, at least in my experience.came all scratched upOnly received one piece! The picture show two.I have used these little lures since I was a kid (35+yrs) to catch Rainbow and Brown trout in the Branson, MO area as well as the White and Eleven Point Rivers in Missouri.Quality spoon. Up to par with the cleo's I usually purchase. Casts very well even into the wind. Going to be buying a few more of these for my salmon box.South Bend's chrome and red casting spoon is a color scheme that I can't find in the "name brand" lure of the same configuration. This color knocks the fish dead. Great action, and casting distance! I only wish I were back at the Bighorn River to throw this baby out there.Replacing all my stolen fishing gear, and came across South Bend's version of my favorite lure. It's fantastic! Less expensive for the exact same lure that goes by another name. :) Same action, same weight, same colors. Can't go wrong here.
